1. Cleaning personnel left the front door unlocked and slightly ajar. 2. Did not leave clean towels after they cleaned the room. Had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. 3. Toilet was lower than normal. Didn't know if this room was designed for the handicapped since handicapped parking and ramp were directly in front of this room.
