Level Los Angeles Downtown

The hotel staff was incredibly kind! The location was central and gentrified with easy access to food, etc. Our first room (we changed rooms) was not the cleanest and the bathroom door on the second was broken. The hallways outside the rooms needed vacuuming. The pool area had no shower (yuck — all those unrinsed bodies in the pool) and was often out of clean towels. I loved the room layout, views, kitchen, having a washing machine. Despite the above items I’d stay here again because the price was reasonable in comparison to the perks and minor dirt.
