No elevator to transport food items and luggage upstairs. Pull out sofa had Torn , soiled mattress cover and soiled exposed mattress. Linens for pull out sofa had to be requested and were soiled with brown stains. Air conditioning did not flow to the bedroom area so it was freezing in the living area and stuffy with a bad odor in the bedroom.
