It may seem a fish out of water, but this Caribbean-styled mini-resort makes a big splash in coming into Midtown. Rooms are charming and the outdoor pool area is a sunny, if compact, urban oasis. Hotel room was great, front desk staff was great, bar service was slow and disorganized and unexpected resort fee on checkout
Staff were amazing, helped out when we really needed it. Food and beverages at the restaurant were great. Always someone courteous around to answer questions or help out
It was the most pleasant and amazing hotel experience I've ever had! The bathroom in my hotel room was a HUGE reason I love this hotel! The double shower head with one being on a hose and with massage settings, was certain to clean every inch. Having that was the biggest plus for the hotel! The room already has a refrigerator, which was also extremely convenient! The bars at the resort allows you to take your drinks away in plastic cups, which helped so much! I loved how the rooms are nearly sound proof from each other. The staff was very pleasant. The parking was accommodating. And the experience was fantastic! Also having a heated, indoor pool was a great plus! The location being across from 2 late night pizza places, a bakery, smoke shops, subway stations that take you everywhere in the city, and having a rooftop restaurant AND one on the second floor, Who could ask for more?
