Extremely satisfied with this hotel overall. Some things should be improved: provide facial tissues and wash cloths in the room; add streaming options and broader range of standard TV offerings. TV in our room kept "pixelating," should be replaced. Breakfast was very good, but was the same everyday. A daily special, like pancakes or waffles, would make the breakfast offerings more attractive. Nevertheless, we would strongly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again.

The concierge were helpful. The facility needs an updating.

Other than a rather snippy clerk when I asked about checking in before 3:00 (after having left home 24 hours before), staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was unworkable. It is not like any I have ever seen. The toilet paper holder is the tackiest I have ever seen.

The staff messed up the reservation upon arrival. They worked to fix it but there were multiple layers of confusion on their part. Also, the hotel has a huge external room, the Conservatory, which is made up of all glass and sits in the center of the hotel with rooms all around. There was a huge party with a DJ who played house music super loud until after 11:00pm. Our room windows were rattling…no lie. The kitchen staff were often outside talking very loudly late at night and also as early as 5am. I brought this to the manager’s attention but nothing changed. The walls were thin, you could hear others and there were many kids also up late in the hallways. The location was excellent, right near the Underground and many restaurants, but it’s a noisy hotel with lots of families and kids.
