Staff was great but failed to enforce handicap parking, I am handicapped with parking permit yet all 5 days a means woman not handicapped and absolutely no credentials used the spot in front of room. The room layout did not allow a wheelchair to access shower bathroom AT ALL, only 19" between bed and other large heavy furniture. Bathroom had mold, missing tiles, spiders, very little water pressure shower needs didferant head and handheld for handicap. Very large Mean German Cochroaches infestation in room invaded all and walked freely all hours. I could not leave hotel due to family issues and am HANDICAPPED.
