The place is a dump, there were vagerants begging for money in pk lot at my car window right when we pulled in. The check in is in a shed in the parkinglot. I did not feel safe leaving my luggage in the car just to sleep and leave in 8 hrs. I was 15 min late of cancel cut off when I called to tell them we're not staying here. The woman who answered at the desk was rude and gave me the run around, After unsuccessfully following her instructions for online cancellation, I called her back and explained it wasnt working--she didnt become more pleaseant-finally I called AAA to inform them of what was going on and they tried calling a few times the motel didnt pick up. I was charged full price for the room, not a penalty as stated in terms and conditions, I thought like $25 late cancellation(5:15p.m.) but instead it was full price.
