AAA Diamond Inspector Notes

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa teamed up with Hollywood legend Robert De Niro to open this Asian-inspired boutique hotel tower. Sleek rooms contain natural wood furnishings and a trendy and modern color scheme. The lobby is very limited in size. Smoke free premises. 182 units, some three bedrooms and kitchens. 12 stories, interior corridors.

It's a lovely Hotel and we got a great deal. ISSUES: The issue we had is that Nobu charges 20.00 to make a low quality coffee on the coffee maker in your room. You already pay an additional 50.00 resort fee and 18.00 parking. I think it goes against all logic of hospitality to charge for in-room morning coffee. That makes me not want to come back. It's principle. Another 2 issues: the bathroom doesn't seem to have good ventilation and smelled moldy. The TV turned on randomly throughout the night and my partner had to physically unplug it to stop.
