The hotel is in a nice location within walking distance to many restaurants, market, and drug store. The valet and the front desk personnel were very professional and courteous. I can't say the same about housekeeping. First, they were very loud early in the morning. We understand the vacuum noise but they can keep their voice down in the hallway. Second, we were charged for items we did not consume. I think they did it out of spite because when my son left, he didn't have any cash to leave a tip. I went back later and had the charge reversed and left a tip.
