hotel was great.
Elegant fun hotel with excellent Swimming pool Deck and Bar.
They gave us a room for someone with a handicap issue, the shower would spray water everywhere and it was a huge mess to clean up. Otherwise it was fine.
Planet Hollywood was in a great location on the strip. I could walk to everything. The spa was amazing! Great food and casinos. I’m definitely going back!

Couldn’t get someone to clean empty trash and new towels. Room floor was dirty . Shower head was loose and kept falling. Couldn’t order room service. Couldn’t use tv to checkout even though it wa ps advertised. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Would never stay there again!
