The Pod is a bare-bones hotel that gets the basics right. It is a great value. Don't let the small rooms deter you. The rooms are clean, quiet, and safe. The mattress was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and pressure. Pod Brooklyn is located near a metro stop and numerous coffee shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and Pod hotels will be my first choice when I go to NYC in the future.
