Very disappointed. The first room we checked into had 2 cigarette burn holes and a large yellow stain in the comforter (non-smoking room!). The bathroom smelled of urine. We got moved to another room. It seemed fine so we went out to dinner. Upon return, we noticed we had coffee products but no coffee maker. The manager delivered a coffee maker but the only place with space to plug it in was on a nightstand. Next, we realized the filter in the HVAC unit was so filthy we rinsed it off in the bathroom, only to find out the bathtub wasn’t draining. We didn’t want to pack up our belongings again so the manager came with drano. We cannot understand how this property is AAA approved.
