Very hard to understand the clerk checking us in. And one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there was they had a free breakfast and a pool. They were under construction, so the pool was not open for my granddaughter to enjoy. Nothing was said at check-in that the pool was not usable. If I had known, I would’ve gone to a different hotel..
