I need something between 2 and 3 stars to rate this hotel. The bed was great. For that, I'm very thankful. But the TV didn't work, numerous plugs didn't work. The hotel doesn't have a staff person that can check the room for problems. Due to the issues, the desk clerk said she'd give me discount. It's been several days now and the discount credit hasn't arrive.
