The location was great but that was it. When I got to my room I noticed there was what appeared to be blood on the picture and ceiling of the room. When I called to be moved to a new room they said they were full but would send someone in 10 minutes to clean it- in my two days there, no one came by our room. The rooms are poorly maintained and half-***** repairs are apparent. It’s obvious that the cleaning crew are either not given enough time to clean or not given the proper resources to clean thoroughly, it’s really sad. I suppose the owners feel as though they will make money regardless but they should have some pride in their business to want to fix these issues.
Poor breakfast . Some furniture was broken in the room. It was always kept clean. Housekeeping is amazing. Staff is friendly. I would not book again due to the poor breakfast. Fried eggs, cereal, oatmeal, danish of mini muffins. Not my definition of hot breakfast
