Paid for my room, received a bank alert the money was processed. Representative tells me to slide my card again, payment didn’t go through. I declined and showed her my phone, money was indeed taken out. She stared at the screen without saying anything and just handed me a key. Booked a king size room but when I checked in was provided with 2 standard beds.The bed pillows were so small, like cut and half. The toilet was cracked and not clean. Around 11pm they call me down to bring my AAA card and informed me, had not been checked in. Last but not least, put my drink down on the counter and a small visitor arrived.
