The room was not clean, there was mold on the shower curtain and in the shower. Carpet was dirty, I could feel things on it with my bare feet. Worst was the ceiling leaking most of the night, constant dripping onto the carpet by the bath room. When I mentioned this at checkout there was no compensation or apology for not being able to sleep.
