Hotel could use a paint job in lobby Room was clean but needs some updates

The hotel is under construction and some rooms are complete and okay. Bathrooms are extremely small and not renovated. There is no elevator and two flights of stairs. Breakfast was minimal. Staff did not go out of the way to be congenial. We would not stay here again.
