Absolutely, horrible! I stayed five nights, and not one single day did I return to have clean towels, a made bed or empty trash even though I was promised it. When I asked about the change of sheets midstay, the housekeeper came to the door, and handed them to me and told me to do it myself. The clerk at the desk was asleep more than once during the breakfast time, and acted annoyed when I told her the coffee needed to be changed out because it was coming out the color of apple juice. I returned one day, and there was no replacement toilet paper or Kleenex in my room even though I had asked for that. And the floor was so gross, my feet were black and I had to wear flip-flops. the whole time walking around. And when I realized there was no blow dryer on the first night, the man at the desk acted annoyed and went and brought me one from another room and asked me if I wanted to mount it on the wall myself. I said, I didn't know how, so he came with me, and there was no platform to hook the wall hanging dryer onto, and I was promised maintenance would come and take care of it, but they never did, and I had to dry my hair, holding the wall mount in one hand and the hairdryer in another
