Not clean, poor breakfast

I called twice to change my room from a king to 2 queens and was confirmed as of 8 am day of arrival. When I got in at 6 pm, they told me I did not have two queens—- but I could pay an upcharge of $62. for an ADA room. When I got to the room, we saw this on the bed. Better management and cleaning standards would greatly improve the guest experience at this hotel.
