Stayed the first night with the heater blowing cold all night( end of November). Notified the Manager which said he would have his maintenance look at it. Came back later that evening to find it still blowing cold. Front desk clerk gave us a different room. The next morning while checking out, I informed the manager about the heat and I was told they found nothing wrong with it.
When we returned from our day out the door to our room was unlocked and partly open. Shower leaked on to the bathroom floor.
