Quality Inn Suites Conference Cen

I loved this hotel. It has a beautiful pool area with hot tub and kids pool. You don't get free breakfast but the restaurant is open for breakfast. The prices are very reasonable and the food and service were excellent. The room was quite a walk from the elevator and the hallway was dimly lit. The room was sparsely furnished with only one desk chair to sit on. The room also could have been cleaner. The staff was great. All in all I will stay here again.

Most disgusting place ever - rotting curtains filed with holes and stuck together so dirty - ac covered in mold and dirt - filthy, maid came in TWICE unmasked - despite DND and COVID risk - told front desk she did it again - I feel horrible, my cat had to go to the vet - pet damage fee for a gross room - bed is from 1956 horrible filthy creaky - no usb ports - power strips hanging from the back of the fridge - fridge and micro unit leaning ready to fall apart leaning to the side - laundry room never unlocked - asked for quarters front desk joked haha is the other $10 a tip - scary area - drunks in the parking lot - called corporate they want to give me POINTS - the only nice person was Samantha - manager cold - no thanks or greeting - I am thinking of taking a COVID test - I want a refund but I know that won't happen - can't believe hotels charge money ($123 a night!) for this nightmare - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - your car is safer and cleaner
