This hotel needed to be remodel the carpet in the room was old and moldy smelling, the AC wouldn't shut off, they switched our room the next night and it was a little better but I did not sleep during the whole stay. I will never stay there again, the staff was nice as can be but the whole hotel needs an overhual.

There were no problems. Staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms nice, breakfast good. The AAA agent that helped us get this room was great. Sorry I lost my paperwork with his name on it, but his last name started with an F kinda unusual.

Neither television nor telephone were working. Carpet was sticky. Hard to open glass balcony door. Room did not smell fresh. Could have used brighter lighting. Otherwise, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Good after hours noise policy.

I have a complaint against Quality Inn front desk employee "Essie". Long story short, instead of providing assistance willingly and with a positive attitude to reasonable requests, "Essie" exhibited the opposite. She displayed annoyance, impatience, even contempt. She was rude, insulting, argumentative - even threatening. None of which was deserved. Without exception, "Essie" was the absolute worst hotel staff member I've ever encountered. "Essie" either has no grasp of the concept of "customer service" or refuses to abide by it. She is unqualified to work in the "hospitality industry".
