Two nights the elevator did not work. Last night when I needed to check-in for my flight home the internet was not working. When the elevator was not working the staff did not know where the stairs were. To check-in for my flight home, I called home and had someone at the house check me in and fax over the boarding paper. The staff did not know where their fax machine was. Even though I used the fax number on their business card.

This is a nice hotel but now is in need of a renovation. Many things in the room didn’t work or needed replacement. Wallpaper was peeling in the main open area.
