Radisson Resort At The Port

I was over charged and they told me to contact my travel agent. The pool area smelled like sewer the restrooms are to close. I would not use the pool it was dirty at 7 am.

Bottom line, this hotel makes enough off of cruise travelers to improve quality and cleanliness of this property. We have used this hotel on many occasions over the past 15-20 years. It is not evident that they have done anything to improve the property other than painting the exterior. We were greeted by an entry area to our room that had dirt and trash on the floor. The exterior of the room door looked like it had not been cleaned for years. The decor of the rooms was dark and dated. The room was probably clean but it had a dusty dingy feel to it. The beds were horrible. The shower floor looked like someone had been cleaning car parts in it. To make things worse we were awakened at 7:00 AM to the sound of construction machinery operating outside our room window. We had booked a room at this hotel for future travel plans but now wonder if that’s a good idea. The location is excellent and the staff is helpful and friendly, but the quality of the hotel rooms can’t be assured. This place gives the Radisson name a bad look.
