The service was poor Had requested a refrigerator in room for insulin and none available Had to hall four big bags up the stairs to get into hotel and then back down to leave We were told breakfast was included and when we got there it was not In the middle of nowhere and no lunch available Bus driver to airport was horrible-bad unsafe drive r dropped everyone off with no assistance and on the wrong level
