At check-in they required $100 deposit, which is no big deal, but nothing was ever mentioned until check in time. Then we were told to go to the parking garage and that there will be an elevator, but no explanation of where this elevator was. The parking garage was very dirty. There were people working on vehicles broke down in there. They were old Brokedown vehicles in there. Just sketchy all around. After locating the elevators, we went up to our floor. The nice open concept was cute. But pretty dirty. The hallways could use some vacuuming and mopping. Dirty trash from rooms in the hallways. Lint scattered down the hallway from the dryers. Walking into the room it smells of old cigarettes and mildew. It was horrible. The rooms are very old. Bathrooms have not been updated. Bathroom sink look like someone brush their teeth several times it never was washed properly. All dried up toothpaste up on the splash board. Just not a place. I’d like to stay again.

This hotel was very ran down and not updated at all (timer light switch in bathroom) wasn’t the cleanest either but for the price I guess that’s what we get however with triple a I expected more.

Hve stayed here recently before a trip to Hawaii to be closer to the airport, my previous room was clean, quiet and the AC worked. This last room was clean, but not as quiet (closer to the 405) and the AC did not work and the TV within the room did not work, ended up watching Amazon Prime on my Ipad, sleeping on top of the sheets with my white noise cancelling out the freeway noises.

Needs to be upgraded and remodeled The blinds in my room did not close and the front desk clerk was not anxious or happy to help us. But after my insistence did it put us in a new room.
