We had to run our water for over 30 minutes for it to get lukewarm. We were told that the boiler was in another building and it takes time to get to our building. Then I ended up getting bed bugs! IF if wasn't for the room being clean (which you could never tell it had bed bugs) and nice, helpful staff, I would have given them HECK!!
