This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a inn or motel. It was the first time I’ve booked through AAA and will probably be the last. I arrived at the inn got my key card, and there was spilled milk and juice stains all over the elevator, carpet in hotel looked and smelled like it hadn’t been replaced in years, and when I got to my room it was under maintence. I got a second key card, went up the room, fixtures were broken, the floor was sticky. I had a meeting I needed to take within the hour and I was not interested in staying at the hotel any longer. I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t accommodate and to call and speak to manager. Called and spoke to manager, their response was we always charge for the first night- even though I didn’t stay and standard were not remotely close to a two star inn. I do not recommend this location.
