Bathroom needed attention: mildew on the shower curtain and mold around the tub where the wall sides joined. The hot and cold faucet control was reversed, which we discovered after waiting forever for hot water. Outside the back entrance looked like a junk yard, with old appliances and broken tile decoration piled up

The bed felt like it was a box spring witha mattress pad on top. Low water pressure in the shower and the water was warm not hot.
