The air conditioner was way too loud. There were wet towels from a previous guest left in the bathroom. We talked with the hotel staff about the wet towels, and they assured us that they would take care of it yet they didn’t and we put them outside of our room. We stayed for two nights and were told there would be turn down service and we would get new towels but that also did not happen. We felt we paid for a service that was not provided and hence, we are leaving a poor review. We would not recommend it as a place to stay.
