I called to verify my appointment and I was told by automated voice to use my appointment number starting with the latter H. They said that number was sent to my email. but I never received a verification number from the hotel so I didn't go to the hotel. I never signed in or occupied a room at the Residence Inn by Marriott Corpus Christ. I was still charged for the room I never occupied . I will dispute the payment charged to my credit card.. I hope you can clear this matter promptly.
