The bed spread sheets had a strange smell. The food was either too expensive or not good. I would not stay there again. The person helping the express check/in - check/out was rude.

Everything was nice the rooms were spacious.
Okay so for starters I just want to say initially this hotel had me very UPSET! The first room they checked us in was giving off motel 6 vibes, I didn’t complain only because the room was very spacious but the hotel area I was in smelled like rotten eggs for some strange reason and the room itself had a lingering odd smell can’t put my finger on it. The walls have like water damage there are little squishy spots in the ceilings. But what was the absolute kill for me was returning to the room and seeing a bug on the bed. It ***** because you go on these get away expecting to relax but the bug on the bed sent my anxiety through the roof, initially when I complained they tried telling me that they would only be changing the sheets and had no other rooms available to switch us too, was not going to work for me especially with Las Vegas recently having complaints of bed bugs, so eventually the manager decided to come out after somehow finding a double queen I could switch too(which I declined because I had a room booked for a king suite) he eventually changed us rooms to one of their renovated rooms and it was WAY BETTER! they “packed” our things for us but when we received them everything was just thrown into clear garbage bags any ole kind of way, but that’s another problem itself. They claimed the initial room was “refurbished” but they honestly need to do the whole hotel over regardless if they offer renovated rooms or not, they are too big of a corporation for the rooms to be so poorly conditioned. But appreciative of the manager Robert for finally coming out and accommodating the stay, and Nick was also very nice as well. But for future references if someone makes a complaint of things such as bugs in my opinion do not just offer to change linen lol
I made a mistake and booked the wrong date I did not want to cancel I only wanted to change to the next day I called hotel they told me to call aaa I called aaa they told me they can not do anything to call hotel I called hotel they said aaa already knows what to do in this case they need to send a email with the updated information. When I called aaa back they were closed. I could not do anything anymore after 7pm that night I was told my boyfriend father of my kids had passed I’ve been mourning and helping get the funeral arrangements ready I. Am still Trying to work I have not had time to call aaa but didn’t seem like they could help me. You would think I have 3 cars, rental insurance and membership they would be more understanding but they are not
