3 Stars because 2 employees treated us as valued guests... otherwise, 2. There are numerous choices for hotels in the area. Unfortunately, I did not look at the Yelp review first, in which they received 3 stars! We stayed there because of family history, staying there for weddings at local wineries. I will never stay at that Marriott again. There are articles re what has happened to the Marriott brand. There is little hospitality in the hospitality business anymore. I certainly will never stay at a place where I am handing them over $400 for 2 nights, only to be condescended to by someone half my age... front desk, no smile, no warm offer to help fix an IT issue, no respect. She even reprimanded another employee in front of us. Unprofessional and tacky. Marriott did offer an apology and said that they were going to train staff regarding this issue. Also, problems with the Bonvoy app, wasting half and hour on the way up, trying to check in, and another hour at home trying to track down a human being to talk to about our experience. Bless you Jerry. What a nightmare!
Nice clean spacious rooms. Excellent helpful staff. Netflix available on TV. Free WiFi. McDonalds next door and Starbucks around the corner.
