Reservation dates were recorded inaccurately and door keys were cancelled on two separate nights requiring us to go to front desk to have our keys revalidated to get into our room. We had to ask to have our room cleaned on 3 of the 6 nights during our stay. We can’t recommend this hotel even though the staff were courteous and helpful. Management needs training.
