The staff is very polite and helpful! The room was very clean and offered amenities not found in other hotels suites such as a full size fridge, stove.l, dishwasher and a garbage disposal. I would have rated it higher if the heater fan was extremely loud, ran all might long, and was directly located right above the left side of the bed. If I could give this a 4.5, I would have. It didn't bother me as much as it did my husband.
