This hotel has an inviting lobby with plenty of seating and a big fireplace. Guest rooms are designed for a longer stay; most are on the larger side and feature a nice little kitchen area. Smoke free premises. 117 efficiencies, some two bedrooms. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This is a very good stay for the extra room, a kitchen, and located close to many things in Vancouver. But, the room we stayed in was definitely showing wear (the couch was very uncomfortable) and tear and the outside areas around the hotel were dirty, not well kept. Staff friendly. Breakfast was OK. Though we were aware of the parking fee, I am still not sure why it is necessary other than a way to collect some more money. There is plenty of parking in their lots.
