The overall condition of the hotel and grounds were not up to what I consider Best Western Standards. The front desk staff were nice, but did not have professional appearance. There were problems with the room that I don’t feel like they were addressed. I stayed here right after it opened a few years ago and it was wonderful. I am sorry to say it is no longer like that. I won’t stay here again.
