very bad customer service and house keeping. The rooms where not check even when they said it was. They also lock us out of our room and the room was not done until I went to the desk. They did not apologize the first day and not even the second day when we had a problem in our room.

Buyer beware, don't be fooled by the Marriott name. We had several issues during our stay! First room on the second floor had a black mold problem with black mold spores all over the ceiling right over the bed. The second room on the first floor had people partying outside our window in the parking lot from 2am-7am. Was told "there is nothing we can do about the people in the parking lot" - looking for a place to loiter? This is your spot! Lastly, want privacy? Not here. We had a staff randomly member walk in - did not knock, nor did they have a reason to walk into my room. You would think after all of these issues they would at least modify the rate - nope! Will not be staying here, and I advise you to avoid it as well. Well, unless you like mold, no sleep, and no privacy!

Not clean. Requested room to be cleaned next day, came back in that evening and it was not cleaned. Had to take our used towels to front desk to receive clean ones. Breakfast items ran out an hour before ending time. Reported light out in room two mornings and it was not fixed. Door to pool had sign "closed due to inclement weather". Sunny and 80 to 82 degrees all 3 days we were there.
