Location and awesome room quiet clean
My room was very comfortable and hotel staff friendly and professional. However, the noise level was annoying. I could hear running in the hallway, footsteps from the room above, and voices from an adjoining room. More sound deadening during the building of the hotel would have been beneficial. Convenience to the airport terminal is great. Despite the noise issues I would stay at Springhill Suites again.

Very clean and stuff super nice. Stayed right before Christmas and the hotel was booked. Flights cancelled. People were packed in the lobby but the staff were sweet. Have stayed at the other airport hotels and they are horribly dirty and not anything close to here. Will only stay at this hotel again. Would rather drive into Spokane then stay anywhere else close to the airport there in Spokane. Thank you for a great sleep
