No towels upon arrival, tv didn’t work half the time in the bedroom, water wouldn’t drain out of the laboratory, no one knew how to check us out on departure, promised a receipt, never got one. It was overpriced, and noisy with sleep interruptions. Would not recommend anyone staying there.
