It was not a nice clean room. Paint peeling everywhere. Microwave dirty floors dirty. The refrigerator was completely iced over. No coffee pot. The door didn't close properly. The blow dryer was broke. We tried to use the phone to call down to the office. It was broke and when I got there I had to pay a $40 deposit that I was not told about.

I booked and paid for a smoking double queen room and what I got was a non-smoking room with two full size beds. The carpets were filthy, the bathroom bathtub/shower had hair from the previous person that stayed there I suppose, it was all down the wall of the shower/ tub. Was very disappointed that this is the type of hotel that would be offered on an AAA site. One of the reasons that I am a member is because I felt you had higher standards in a hotel. This place was totally unacceptable, and we will never stay there again.
