Zero stars isn’t possible. This is not a hotel. It is a homeless shelter. Did not stay and had to scramble to find somewhere to stay this weekend. Phone was answered by maintenance guy who happened to be in the office. He was very confused why we were looking for parking because it was a homeless shelter and all reservations had supposedly been cancelled. Called AAA the next day and was told they’d have to contact “the hotel” to figure out if we could get a refund and what happened. That was Friday and it’s Monday and I have not heard back yet
