Room was not cleaned while we were out all day. When I called the service desk to ask for more wash cloths I was initially told they didn’t have any more. After questioning that I was told to wait about 20 minutes. Also would not give change to use the on-site dryer. Was told they didn’t have any change while attendant stayed on his phone.

Floor tile was broken, screen in window was torn, coffee maker didn't work, outlets were shoddy, beverage machines in the lobby were out of order, the lock on the door was broken.
