The three employees I encountered raised my experience from average to very good. The man I spoke to at the desk before I arrived; Al, who helped us get into our room and delivered extra pillows (great pillows!)and cups; and Jordan who answered all our questions and gave us an excellent recommendation for breakfast. All three were engaged and proactive in a natural and memorable way. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. I would return.
