Excellent location to walk downtown New Haven and Yale campus. Siena restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Parking garage across the street is convenient. Room was nice and equipped with a kitchenette. Unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler and there was no hot water on the morning we checked out. (6/9/25) The front desk person gave no apology nor did she even say thank you as we checked out. Very rude, poorly trained!
