During our stay, only one elevator was working for a hotel with 10 floors. Once in a while the service elevator was working. I was compensated - the manager waived the resort fee for our stay. The hotel rooms need updating, especially bathroom. Everything was clean, but in need of repair/renovation. People who work there were very friendly. We liked the location because we walked everywhere and were able to try many different restaurants.
