Blending modern comfort with the industrial character of Rhode Island’s historic mill era, this boutique property offers a distinctive stay along the banks of the Pawtuxet River. Loft-inspired guest rooms feature soaring ceilings, expansive windows, polished concrete finishes, and thoughtfully placed area rugs that add warmth to the contemporary design. Many rooms overlook the river, while plush mattresses, ergonomic furnishings, and sleek bathrooms with oversized rain showers create a comfortable retreat. Designed to echo the look and feel of the former Pontiac Mills, the hotel incorporates unique industrial-style gathering and workspaces throughout the property. Popular with both leisure travelers and weekend visitors exploring the region, it has also become a favored setting for intimate weddings and special events, offering a stylish blend of history, character, and modern hospitality.
