I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone - the music from one wedding went on past midnight, I was on the 4th floor, no warning of the event by the hotel staff. The HVAC seemed to have a loud clank when it was on and no help from the front desk when I asked to move (the person just said, well, the hotel is really busy). I'll stay at the Copley Plaza Fairmont next time.
