Hotel has not been updated in the decade we have been staying there- except for the fold out sofa bed which is hard as a rock and is shorter in seating length. No more valet since 2020, no bellmen on this stay (they seemed to always be "on break" when we needed them). TV in bedroom did not work, just got continuous circle of "trying to connect" even when we left it on for an hour. Reservation for King Suite that we made was changed by hotel staff to Queen- which for this married couple was not thrilling. They called it an "upgrade" BUT it was a downgrade for us having to sleep in separate beds. They said they "ran out of product" even though our reservation for November had been made the previous May. They tried to tell me I had booked through Expedia when I had booked through AAA. Apparently AAA books through Expedia so it seems our reservation did not carry as much importance to them.
